01THE DECISION
Start from a choice someone has to make.
The strongest opening describes a decision. It may concern a product and market, a production constraint, a measurement routine or the evidence needed before a digital pilot.
Enquiry / Start with the decision
Prepare a structured GFT enquiry in your browser. Choose a capability, describe the decision and copy, download or email your brief to contact@greenfuturetech.net.
An instrument, immediately
Choose a capability and describe the question. Generate a structured brief, review it, then copy or download it. This page does not submit the text or send a message.
A useful starting point
01THE DECISION
The strongest opening describes a decision. It may concern a product and market, a production constraint, a measurement routine or the evidence needed before a digital pilot.
02THE ROUTE
Choosing a capability routes the structure of the brief. It does not assign a person, reserve capacity or begin a paid engagement. If the question spans several, pick the closest and describe the connections in the operating context.
03THE REVIEW
Explain what is happening, why it matters and which part of the operation is in scope. A finished specification is not needed. Review the generated text before using it elsewhere.
Context makes evidence useful
01NAME IT
Describe the kind of evidence that exists, then state its period, unit and known gaps. A short description can show whether the question is ready for analysis or needs a clearer event record first.
02LABEL IT
If a value is estimated, identify it as an estimate and explain its basis. Do not present a target as a result.
03KEEP IT LIGHT
This composer has no upload field and does not need an employee name, a customer contract or a proprietary design. An aggregate description is usually enough to explain the measurement problem.
Evidence ledger / a drafting aid
Example values, illustrative. Not your data.Hover or focus a cell to read what that label means.
A later exchange of protected records should follow a verified channel and arrangements agreed for that work. The composer does not create those arrangements.
An explicit contact boundary
Enquiries go to contact@greenfuturetech.net. The page prepares the enquiry and marks it not sent; it reaches GFT only when you send it from your own email.
Email the brief opens your email program with the reviewed text addressed to contact@greenfuturetech.net. Copy and download stay available if you prefer to send it another way.

A brief earns its next step
These stages describe how to improve the initial brief. The switchboard changes its selected path as the question becomes more explicit. It is a conceptual routing aid and does not represent staff availability or an automated assessment of feasibility.
04Question
State the present situation and the change you are considering. Identify the process, product or organisation boundary without adding sensitive identifiers. Keep a symptom separate from a suspected cause.
05Evidence
Describe records, dates, units and gaps. Explain whether evidence is observed, estimated or proposed. A summary of the record is enough for the opening brief; the page does not request file uploads.
06Decision
Explain who needs the answer, which decision follows and what timing matters. Unknown fields remain explicitly not supplied. Generation creates a draft brief, not an accepted scope or a sent enquiry.
Local means local
The composer processes the values in the current browser page. Choose where the draft sits and see what that copy depends on.
The composer makes no submission request, stores no draft in a browser database and adds nothing to a shareable URL. Reloading discards the working draft, although a browser may restore form fields under its own settings. Clear the form when using a shared device.
Keep the next step concrete
A useful brief ends with the decision you want to support and the evidence you can bring. It lets a reader see what is known, what is missing and which clarification would change the scope.
The related pages can help refine the language before you export. They do not replace an agreed scope, a technical acceptance test or qualified investment, legal or tax advice. Keep the not-sent notice attached until you choose a verified channel and share it.
Can you help with our factory?
A reader has to ask three questions before anything can happen.
Example, illustrative: should we fix changeovers before adding a second shift?
A reader can act on it, or say what would change the scope.

Each branch opens a page that can sharpen the wording of your question. None of them replaces an agreed scope.
