Known
The known GFT engagement is the Cameroon textile programme. The public account explains its method and selected source-annex context. It does not name the client or provide the underlying programme documents as public downloads.
Questions / Answers with boundaries
Direct answers about GFT, the Cameroon textile programme, evidence, research and tools. Separate design work from operating results and a local brief from a sent enquiry.
Separate the strands. What is claimed, what is sourced and what is still unknown.

GFT connects feasibility, operating design, performance measurement and digital strategy. The known engagement is its Cameroon textile programme: a feasibility study, a performance-management system design and a digital strategy. The approach starts with the decision and its operating boundary, then identifies the evidence needed to act. The public account does not invent staff, clients or operating projects to extend that record. A capability describes a field of work; it does not by itself establish a completed engagement in that field.
The available documents establish preparation of the programme deliverables. They do not establish plant commissioning, acceptance of an operating system or measured gains from a deployed intervention. The site therefore discusses a study, a system design and a strategy as such. A recommendation needs later evidence before its status changes to piloted, accepted or operating. Read the programme pages together to understand the commercial assumptions, review routines and digital architecture that the design connects.
Figures retained from the programme annex keep their source and qualification. An annex attribution is not a newly reopened publication, and a publisher-domain reference is not a verified article link. Dates and refresh flags help identify the period, but do not erase that limitation. Historical crop tonnage, policy targets and third-party projections remain different types of evidence. Before a consequential decision, check the underlying publication, its material basis and whether it still applies to the intended use.
The instruments calculate a scenario from declared inputs and a visible method. Their illustrative defaults are examples, not observations from a GFT plant. A model can clarify a denominator or expose a constraint, but cannot establish that the inputs are correct or the operating conditions will hold. Use the method note, examine invalid inputs and compare the result with the record behind your decision. The tools are not investment, legal or tax advice or a promise of commercial performance.
No. An outline, an available web edition, a reviewed text and a released PDF are separate states. Related links open built editions when those routes exist. Otherwise the title stays marked in preparation. The site should offer a PDF only when its release record supports that action. The glossary can draw editorial definitions from an outline without claiming that the paper itself has completed review or that a verified download exists.
Use the composer on the contact page to prepare a structured brief, review it, then send it to contact@greenfuturetech.net from your own email. Email the brief opens your email program with the text addressed there; nothing is sent until you send it. The page itself has no submission endpoint or automatic send action. Copy and download produce local copies under your control, marked not sent. A prepared brief does not confirm receipt, reserve a team or establish an accepted engagement.
The programme is a connected design
They are related deliverables, but none can substitute for the others.
Their consistency matters more than the apparent sophistication of a single recommendation.
Bound together. Each deliverable keeps its own job, and none substitutes for another. Their fit is what the programme depends on.
The known record
Known
The known GFT engagement is the Cameroon textile programme. The public account explains its method and selected source-annex context. It does not name the client or provide the underlying programme documents as public downloads.
Not claimed
It also does not claim that a proposed factory was commissioned, that a pilot passed its operating test or that a digital intervention achieved a measured return. Those claims would need their own evidence.
Read the qualification
A reference button opens the finding, publisher, source location and qualification retained in the shared evidence register.
One is a target, the other an approximate reference share.
R06 / An approximate share and a target
About 95 percent of cotton fibre exported raw against 5 percent processed locally; industrialisation target of 50 percent local processing.
Grade C. Programme annex, not independently reverified. Source date unavailable unless stated in the finding.
R07 / A target restated
SND30 restates the 50 percent local-processing target by 2030.
Grade C. Programme annex, not independently reverified. Source date unavailable unless stated in the finding.
That is useful provenance, but it is not always a direct article link or an independent verification of the underlying publication. Some retained references point to a publisher’s domain. The page keeps that limitation visible so that a reader can distinguish source-annex attribution from a newly checked current fact.
Before a figure affects an investment, staffing plan or legal decision, reopen the underlying primary material and reconcile its date, definition and applicability. The national local-processing ambition and the historical fibre split are examples of why this matters: one is a target, the other an approximate reference share. They cannot establish the current state merely by appearing on the same page.
Useful restraint
A responsible answer identifies the evidence that is missing.
This site does not manufacture company staff, operating plants, customer endorsements or a delivery record to make an introduction feel complete. It does not fill missing source references with a plausible-looking date. When the source cannot support the sentence, the claim should be narrowed, qualified or left out.
The same discipline applies to technology. A promising model still needs appropriate data, an operating owner, a defined failure response and a bounded acceptance test. The right next step may be a better event record or a simpler routine. A sophisticated system has to earn its place by improving a decision under the conditions in which the factory actually works.
Illustrative proportions, not data
The sentence reaches past its evidence. The hatched gap is what nobody has checked. A responsible answer names it.
Find the question behind the question
The sequence below is a way to improve an enquiry before technology or price is discussed. Each untied segment carries a more specific question. The sequence is a proposed working method, not a promise that an engagement has begun.
01 / Question
Describe the production, commercial or data decision in ordinary language. Explain the present difficulty and who experiences it. Avoid prescribing a model before the operating problem is understood.
02 / Evidence
Identify the records already available and the limits of their quality. Use a summary rather than uploading confidential files. State what is estimated and what has been observed.
03 / Decision
Describe the action the answer should support and the evidence needed to justify it. Keep an enquiry, a proposed scope and an accepted engagement as separate states.
Research and instruments
A tool exposes an equation or decision framework through controls. Its result depends on the inputs, units and conditions shown beside it. Illustrative starting values demonstrate the method; they are not observations from a GFT factory.
A calculated scenario is not a forecast, a quotation or a recommendation to commit funds. Read the method note before copying a result into another document.
An example, drawn wide. Starting values demonstrate the method. They are not observations from a GFT factory, so the band stays wide.
A scenario, drawn narrower. Inputs you declare narrow the band, but the result is still a calculation, not a forecast or a quotation.
Evidence earns a narrow band. Only a record with a known period, unit and gaps lets a result lean on observation.
The research library follows a similar distinction. An outline names an argument; a web edition makes text available to read; a reviewed or released work needs its own status and evidence.
Outline. Names an argument. It is not a text to rely on.
Web edition. Makes text available to read. A link to it does not establish that a finished PDF exists.
Reviewed. Needs its own status and its own evidence.
Released. A PDF is offered only when its release record supports that action.
The site labels work that is still in preparation rather than offering a download that has not been verified. Use the status with the content.
The next useful answer
If these answers leave an important ambiguity, use the enquiry composer to name it.
Choose the capability closest to the question, describe the operating context and state which decision you need to make. The composer creates a structured text brief in the browser. Copying or downloading it does not send it to GFT. When it is ready, send it to contact@greenfuturetech.net from your own email.

Nothing decided yet.
Tick an item to place it: bring-in items go into the brief, kept-out items are confirmed as left out. You can explain that evidence exists without including it. Once an enquiry to contact@greenfuturetech.net leads to an agreed scope, suitable handling arrangements can be discussed. Until then, the useful outcome is a clear question and a reviewable brief, with its unsent status visible.
